Does the safety arm snap back into place after opening?
No, it must be snapped back into place manually. When reattaching the flexible arm to the top of the stirrup, be sure to pinch its end to align and insert the two knobs correctly into their holes.

How does the flexible arm work?
One side of the stirrup, made of technical elastomer, is specifically designed to deform and open under a defined amount of pressure, such as during a fall. This controlled flexibility allows the rider’s foot to quickly disengage, thereby reducing the risk of getting trapped. At the same time, this arm remains perfectly stable and secure under normal riding conditions, ensuring comfort, balance, and performance.
