WHY USE HIMALAYAN SALT?


Normal table salt and refined sea salt are highly processed. Refined salt is processed at high temperatures altering the molecular structure of the salt and removing the beneficial trace minerals. Himalayan salt is mined rather than processed from salt water. Pink salts are known for their essential trace minerals and their ability to regulate cellular fluid balance.
