Shipping & Delivery
Delivery Policy and Shipping Information:
PLEASE NOTE: DELIVERY IS AVAILABLE TO AUSTRALIAN ADDRESSES ONLY AT THIS TIME
Delivery is charged at $11.50 per order for all standard orders.
Saddles may incur a higher freight charge and will be sent via registered Australia Post.
Each order requires a single delivery point.It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at time of ordering. If you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense.Most orders are dispatched within 24 to 48 hours after payment has been accepted. Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee time of delivery.
Delivery will normally be via Australia Post Parcel Post Plus service as your parcel will be trackable.It is the responsibility of the customer to inform us if an order does not arrive. Once we learn an order has not arrived by the due date, we will lodge enquiries with Australia Post to ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible. We will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery.Please note that if an item has been lost in transit, we will not despatch a replacement item immediately. Replacement items will be despatched according to our discretion. Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, you agree that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement, and does not entitle you to cancellation of an order.
Should any of our products be backordered, we will contact you to advise an approximate time frame for delivery. If you have multiple items in your order, we will generally send the items that are in stock and any remaining backordered items will be sent when stock becomes available, with delivery at our cost.
Privacy & Security
We have committed ourselves to protecting your privacy. We use the information gathered to enable your account and to enhance your online experience. We will not sell our database of customer details or details about customers to a third party. Any and all the information collected on this website will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, reused, rented, disclosed, or loaned. We respect the right of users to remain anonymous and will endeavour not to knowingly disclose user identities unless directed by a court of law.
We may release customer information when we believe, in good faith, that such release is reasonably necessary to (i) comply with law, (ii) enforce or apply the terms of any of our user agreements or (iii) protect the rights, property or safety of our users, or others.
When you place an order through this website, we need to know your name, e-mail, phone number, address and credit card details if paying by credit card. This allows us to process and fulfill your order successfully. It also helps us in maintaining your account.

They allow you to place your online order and to login once you are subscribed. Most Web browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can usually change your browser to prevent that. We offer Credit Card processing via PayPal Express and Direct Deposit. Credit Card payments are made directly through PayPal. None of your credit card payment details are stored on our website, this ensures you will be happy with the security of your transaction.
Returns & Replacements
Returns and Refund Policy
Gone RIDING understands that there may be some instances where you may want to return items.
If you receive a product that you believe is not what was expected we will replace the item or refund your money at our discretion.
To return an item, the product MUST be in original condition with all labels attached and in correct original packaging - unused, undamaged and able to be resold. Items must be received at Gone RIDING office (at the address below) within 14 days of invoice date.
It will be your responsibility to mail the item back to our postal address in its original undamaged condition.
Before sending a return, please email email@example.com outlining your reason for return of your product so that we can assist you with the most efficient method to process your return. We do not accept good returned as C.O.D. freight.
The original postage charge cannot be refunded, unless your order contains incorrect or faulty products.
Refunds will be paid back onto the purchaser's original credit card or via Direct Deposit.

Changing Order and Cancellation Policy
You may be able to change your order if you advise us prior to your order being shipped. To see if your order can be changed please email firstname.lastname@example.org. If you order has been shipped, please refer to the Returns and Refund Policy to arrange to return your order, should this be required.

Payment and Pricing
Gone RIDING online orders accept payment by Credit Card via PayPal Express, Personal Cheques (subject to clearance), Money Orders, and Direct Deposit. Personal cheques take 3 working days to clear therefore payment by cheque will delay dispatch of your order until your cheque has cleared. Order totals are calculated in $AUD and include GST in the total price.
All of our prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST (Goods and Services Tax). Product prices are regularly updated when price changes are received from our suppliers. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors make changes to pricing at any time. Should a pricing error or unforeseen price increase occur you will be advised prior to any processing of payment or dispatch of goods.
