Returns and Refund Policy
Gone RIDING understands that there may be some instances where you may want to return items.
If you receive a product that you believe is not what was expected we will replace the item or refund your money at our discretion.
To return an item, the product MUST be in original condition with all labels attached and in correct original packaging - unused, undamaged and able to be resold. Items must be received at Gone RIDING office (at the address below) within 14 days of invoice date.
It will be your responsibility to mail the item back to our postal address in its original undamaged condition.
Before sending a return, please email email@example.com outlining your reason for return of your product so that we can assist you with the most efficient method to process your return. We do not accept good returned as C.O.D. freight.
The original postage charge cannot be refunded, unless your order contains incorrect or faulty products.
Refunds will be paid back onto the purchaser's original credit card or via Direct Deposit.

Changing Order and Cancellation Policy
You may be able to change your order if you advise us prior to your order being shipped. To see if your order can be changed please email firstname.lastname@example.org. If you order has been shipped, please refer to the Returns and Refund Policy to arrange to return your order, should this be required.
